Hiram was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Holyoke, Massachusetts when he was 12. At the age of 16 he started working at Providence Hospital in the dietary department by the age of 18 he was promoted to Head Cook. During his 8-year tenure at the hospital, Hiram oversaw all aspects of the dining department. He was responsible for delivering exceptional meals to the patients.

In 2003, Hiram moved to Springville, Arizona to open his own restaurant which was a success and still running and operating under new ownership. Hiram is a family man with six children ages 32 through 8 yrs. old and two dogs, an Australian Shepherd named (Rocky) and a Shitzu (Sarangi), which means love in Korea. Hiram’s wife (Annalilia) is also a Manor family/employee in the clinical department with the Manor Village. Hiram is fluent in Spanish and English. He enjoys spending quality time with family, camping, fishing, riding a bicycle, off-roading, etc.
