I would like to recognize Lisa Schutt & Acadia Rosas because Lisa & Acadia were instrumental in helping Jean & I in a recent presentation we made to Manor Village Residents. Not only did they assist with scheduling and advertising/promoting the event, they gave us valuable help with audio & visual portion of the page.

I would like to recognize Abi because when I first came to the Manor, Abi was very helpful and was always there to help me out. My husband was sick and I didn’t know the protocol to order food for us. Every time he saw me, he came over and helped me with my order. He is such a pleasure to have around, and he is always polite and nice when I see him, a real gentleman.
I would like to recognize Isabell, Server etc., because she seems to have many different jobs since I have been here and does each very well. Always pleasant with a smile and nice when we ask her for something extra. If means a lot to we old folks to have kind & happy people caring & serving us.
We all like her very much!!
I would like to recognize Sabrina in housekeeping because: She takes such pride in her work. Sabrina goes above and beyond to make our apartment look nice. She helps to organize and make our bed look like it’s out of a magazine. She always has a smile and kind word for everyone.
I would like to recognize Dominic because of his kindness and wanting to assist the past couple of weeks, I was having health issues. My family took my dog for 5 days. Dominic helped me when I came home by watching him. I tried to pay him, but he said no he could not accept that and he was happy to do it for me. I trusted him completely with my dog. What good people you have working here, and Dominic is kind to all.
I want to say how much we adore the staff so far. We love Mo! She is the absolute best! She has made the move in amazing for my Mom. She helped us a ton with questions since Toby was out sick during my Mom’s move in. She is an amazing asset to the Manor.
Also, Toby had been so helpful to us, we adore Iretta and also the music lady. Michael also seems so kind.
I just wanted to share some of the good we see there at the Manor.
Thanks to everyone for making it a family feel and making us feel good about our Mom’s move. Once things open up more and she can join into the activities I am sure she will thrive.
Has impressed me with her dedication to her job and the enthusiasm she exhibits. I’ve never heard her complain about anything. She shows true devotion to her work. I’m grateful to have such a devoted employee.
Because: I had a couple “not so fun” Dr. appointments this week.
1. Michael after learning I was not able to go on the Albertson’s trip called and offered to get an item if I needed. I did, and he kindly got it for me and delivered it to me.
2. Lisa, immediately upon my return from Dr., ordered lunch for me and saw that I got food right away.
This loving, concerned care from these people make me so grateful to call Manor my home. Thank you and these employees.
I am amazed how consistently this behavior is shown to me here.
Please know how much I appreciate carmella. She has helped me setup appts for me so I can use the new programs you offer to residents, always has a smile as she explained how to use my phone.

They represent the finest of caregivers! In the six months that we have been at The Manor, my wife and I have been served and cared for by a kind, competent, dedicated and friendly staff. The Manor is fortunate to have them.
Always there for me whatever I need. He has such a wonderful disposition and is very caring! Eager to help me and makes me feel comfortable to ask for help during the night hours. Such a sweet, lovely man. A wonderful caregiver.
For over a year now I have looked forward to Monday and Tuesday mornings as that is when Azra comes to make my bed and do laundry for me. She always comes with a warm greeting, a big hug and cheerful talk. She just makes my day! Thanks for the big heart Azra!
Very caring lady. Nothing is too hard for her. Always concerned about how I am doing and my well-being. Always asks what I need and wants to make me happy. Such a wonderful disposition. I love having her help and take care of me. Makes me feel very comfortable.
In the midst of all the comings and goings, Lisa is a bright shining star whose smile never fails. She is welcoming, courteous, patient, helpful and lovely ALWAYS! Every day, what a perfect ambassador!
