Our Hearts Memory Care
Our Hearts Memory Care offers highly specialized, Person-Centered Care to Senior Residents living with memory impairment in several gracious, secured neighborhoods in The Manor Village. Based on our philosophy of Person-Centered Care, Our Hearts Memory Care respects and honors the unique qualities, interests, and needs of each person to ensure a personal Lifestyle Experience® for every Resident.
Featuring private one-bedroom suites, each Our Hearts Memory Care neighborhood provides a structured/supportive care environment, a broad range of engaging activities and ongoing guidance and enhanced Lifestyle services that encourage our Senior Residents to Live with Support and Dignity.
