Vinny is the calm in the storm. He moves with certainly and compassion no matter the call. He shows up for my family member like a solid big brother that can reset her watch and take her complaints about others with grace. I know she is safe on his shift. He has his eye on everyone and everything. He really listens and CARES.

Katy is our everything. Even with the load she carries every day, there is a efficiency of solid commitment to the tasks. We have asked for a lot of fine tuning in car and Katy sees to it with a great disposition and detail. Single handedly she has brought me to peach in my decision to be at The Manor. I feel strongly that she has the full chops to leave each resident with that feeling of security we all crave.

What a treat to see Manny out in the Dining Room interacting with the residents. I loved seeing him at the brunch passing out the hot Quiche. And the food and food choices have greatly improved. Please keep up the excellent work Manny.

Abria has totally transformed the Bistro. It is so nice to go in and always have choices now. Also, she is an excellent server. Works so hard and always wanted to please us…so don’t let her go!

Mary Jane is a delight and a dynamo! She is quick and thorough and is a wonderful addition to the Manor Village staff. My suite shines and smells good and clean when she is through. Mayr Jane is a Jewel to hang onto.

I like to be waited on by Mary. She is always polite, consistent and writes down the orders. She is very good at checking back to see if we need anything and also comes back to take our dessert order. She remembers to pick up dirty dishes as well. She is an asset to the staff in the dining room.

Thank you to the entire Care Team at Memory Care North. Your care for Carol Balboni was exemplary. It was our plan to have Carol be a long-term resident, but circumstances kept working against us, limiting her stay to only 29 days. What gave me solace, was knowing that Carol was well cared for, both before and especially during her final days. The entire team rose to the occasion, ensuring that Carol was comfortable, and that I was informed. In my opinion, you’re all super-stars. I would like to especially recognize Sherri, who does a whole lot more than coordinate activities. She is everywhere… always helping, supporting, or consoling everyone that resides, visits, or works in Memory Care North. Sherri is the definition of “QUALITY CARE”.

I would like to recognize Abi because when I first came to the Manor, Abi was very helpful and was always there to help me out. My husband was sick and I didn’t know the protocol to order food for us. Every time he saw me, he came over and helped me with my order. He is such a pleasure to have around, and he is always polite and nice when I see him, a real gentleman.

I would like to recognize Isabell, Server etc., because she seems to have many different jobs since I have been here and does each very well. Always pleasant with a smile and nice when we ask her for something extra. If means a lot to we old folks to have kind & happy people caring & serving us.

I would like to recognize Sabrina in housekeeping because: She takes such pride in her work. Sabrina goes above and beyond to make our apartment look nice. She helps to organize and make our bed look like it’s out of a magazine. She always has a smile and kind word for everyone.

I would like to recognize Dominic because of his kindness and wanting to assist the past couple of weeks, I was having health issues. My family took my dog for 5 days. Dominic helped me when I came home by watching him. I tried to pay him, but he said no he could not accept that and he was happy to do it for me. I trusted him completely with my dog. What good people you have working here, and Dominic is kind to all.
