Our Assisted Living community lifestyle encourages our Senior Residents to live as independently as they wish with supportive services and amenities that go well beyond your typical assisted living facilities. Assisted Living provides three meals per day, weekly housekeeping, personalized health and wellness care plans, and dedicated health care professionals on-site around the clock to collectively meet our Senior Residents’ needs.

Housekeeping Services for Seniors
- Bi-weekly housekeeping/suite cleaning services
- Garbage and recycling removal
- Weekly flat linen service
- Weekly laundry service
Maintenance and Security Services for Seniors
- Maintenance of Manor complex, including landscaping, planting flowers, and cleaning windows
- Changing light bulbs
- Maintenance of interior corridors and all common areas
- Front door security system
- All risk/liability/fidelity insurance for The Manor Village (excludes personal property and liability)
- All utilities included (except telephone)
- Smoke detectors and sprinkler systems throughout each Manor suite and all common areas
- Cable (including 96 channels)
- High-speed Wi-Fi (in unit & common areas)
- Keyless door access system

- Social, recreational, and cultural activities and events

Our Health and Wellness team has designed the following Preserving IndependenceⓇ Program for all Manor residents. We offer supportive services that encourage our residents to stay well and enjoy a wellness model of living versus an illness model.

- 24-hour on-site Health Care Staff (LPNs and Caregivers)

Our multiple dining venues are to serve you, including:
- Formal indoor and outdoor dining in the Medallion Dining Room

- Meals available for carry-out
- Room service delivery to your Manor home (additional charges apply)
- Visitors and guests are welcome to join you!
