Our Team

Alana acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Memphis in 1994, while on a full scholarship representing the Women’s Golf Team. She grew up working in the family business and began her full-time career in 1996 as the general manager for the Statesman Canadian Corporation. While in this post, she was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including project management, human resources, marketing and sales. In 1997, Statesman’s senior living developments expanded to the United States, and Alana relocated to Arizona to oversee the start-up of the Statesman USA division. She is now in charge of day-to-day operations, including the management of all phases of real estate development, acquisitions, site planning, product design, construction, financials, contracts, and administrative field operations for all current and future projects.
